Lindi Construction Group Inc. completed a comprehensive demolition and renovation project within a showroom and office space. The project involved the removal of existing wood flooring, partitions, carpet, and acoustic ceiling tiles, along with existing lighting and electrical systems to facilitate the relocation of the electrical panel.
New wood flooring was installed in the showroom and offices, complemented by modern lighting fixtures. Luxury vinyl tile flooring was added in the storage and kitchenette areas. The project also included the installation of metal ductwork, the relocation of existing cabling, and the addition of new walls and frameless glass partitions. To enhance functionality and safety, new electrical outlets, exit signs, and light switches were installed. The project concluded with thorough painting and patching of all affected areas, resulting in a modern and inviting environment tailored to the needs of its occupants.
