Interior Renovations at New Rochelle City Hall by Lindi Construction
Lindi Construction completed a comprehensive series of interior renovations at City Hall of New Rochelle, addressing multiple contracts to enhance both functionality and aesthetics within the municipal building.
The renovation project included a complete gut renovation of administrative offices on the second floor, featuring new ceilings, walls, and flooring. Modern light fixtures, including illuminated exit signs, were installed to improve visibility and safety throughout the facility. Additionally, we undertook extensive bathroom renovations and kitchen updates, incorporating counter improvements for enhanced usability.
We also managed critical asbestos removal and fireproofing to ensure safety and compliance with building codes. As part of our commitment to accessibility, we installed ADA-compliant door operators and repaired existing doors on both floors, ensuring all new doors met accessibility standards and contributed to a cohesive look throughout the facility. A new storefront was also added, enhancing the building’s exterior appeal and accessibility.
